A rapid switcheroo at The District at Green Valley Ranch will soon replace wildly colorful Instagram-ready snacks with an Asian-inspired menu from chef Nathan Asamoto.

Originally planned for the Silverado Gallery Retail Center in the southeast, Bone & Belly Ramen will “hopefully in the next few weeks” take over the shuttered home of Zero Degrees, located next door to Me Gusta Tacos at the outdoor mall.

Since May, inspiration for this standalone Bone & Belly menu has been available at 8 Kitchen at the St. Rose Coronado retail hub, including dishes of cured soy roasted pork belly, wagyu beef donburi bowls, shoyu chicken ramen and barbecue chicken karaage.

The revolving menu at 8 Kitchen features items from the island-inspired 808 Eatery, also originally destined for the Silverado Gallery and Food & Farelong planned for The Shops at Lotus in Chinatown. The current fate of both of these long-awaited ventures has not been announced and opening hours for Bone and Belly have yet to been released…
